As the world opens back up, we want you to have the best chance at a "normal" university experience, while feeling as safe and protected as possible. Our self-contained studio apartments offer a fantastic opportunity to achieve this, with your own kitchen and bathroom, and available in a variety of sizes and locations. Prices are reasonable and some even include parking.
LTF Lettings are flexible, doing viewings both in person and by video for those of you unable to travel right now, and our staff make themselves available at evenings and weekends if needed so you can fit finding a property in around summer jobs, time-zone differences and make sure mum and dad can be there too if you'd like.
All our paperwork can be easily filled out and signed online or in person, to make things simpler whatever the situation - be you sharers separating for the summer, or international students.
Quality homes for quality tenants
Whilst some landlords can afford to take risks, in our experience most prefer security. That's why our two rules are:
- Do not take on any properties we would not be prepared to live in ourselves
- Do not take on tenants we wouldn't be prepared to put in our own rental properties
Flexibility - In order to accommodate those who work long hours, have childcare responsibilities or are relocating for work, we make ourselves available for evening, weekend and virtual viewings.
Utilising technology to keep things simple - Floorplans, video tours and Skype viewings help present your property in it's best light, and digital signatures on all our paperwork makes keeping records, preparing for move-ins and in the worst case, preparing for evictions, straightforward and stress-free.
