At LTF Lettings we are a local, independent agent and as such we combine a modern approach with old-fashioned values to ensure we're working smarter for you and your property while providing flexible, personalised service.
Our Story
The Team
LTF Lettings is a family run business, with over a decade of experience in the property industry.
Pete "Too Tall" spent many years as a professional athlete including in the US before running various businesses including gyms, a logistics provider and a sports supplement company. His one big complaint about the UK after years spent in Texas is about the quality of customer service offered here, so his emphasis is on flexibility, communication and ensuring all parties feel they have reached an equable arrangement, particularly given the long term nature of any property relationship.
Laura is an engineer by degree, with previous experience running her own successful letting agency, and with a passion for making the best use of technology to simplify, comply and facilitate the various complex elements of property management and ownership.
Having met playing American football, we believe we make a strong team, complementing each others strengths and weaknesses both in business and on the field. We have been landlords and tenants ourselves, and our goal is to make property rental a stress-free experience for everyone involved.
Protecting you
As a member of The Property Ombudsman (TPO) lettings we promise to adhere to the TPO's code of practice, and that tenants may use their redress scheme in the unlikely event of an unresolved dispute involving our agency. Details can be found at www.tpos.co.uk
